THE GOOD
For a lower-priced hiking boot, the Agitator has a lot of nice features. The inside collar is leather and the beefy sole is mated to the leather upper with reinforced stitching which is a rare quality in hiking boots.
THE BAD
The Agitator 45 is stiff out of the box (especially the sole) but very durable. This stiff hiking boot may give some people hot spots.
THE FIT & COMFORT
Danner puts durability over comfort. The upper will need a little break in time and the sole is ruggedly solid. The Agitator has a standard foot shape (slight curve and medium width) but is a little bit more straight like a Salomon.
